How do I start a return?

  • Click on the account icon at the top right of the page.
  • If you are not logged in, enter your email and follow the instructions to login/view your orders. If you didn't set up an account during checkout, you will still be able to process a return with the email address that was used for the order.
    • Please clear your browser's cache if you have issues with this step.
  • Select the order and products that you want to return, select a return reason and add any notes.
  • Click on Request Return.
  • We'll get back to you with your free return label promptly. We typically process refund requests M-F 9a-4p EST.

How do I exchange an item?

  • We are unable to process exchanges at this time.  
  • Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement product.
What and when items are returnable?
  • You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
    • Orders placed 10/15-12/31 have an extended return period of 90 days.
  • They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. 
  • Products should be in the original packaging with hangtags attached.
  • Hot Chillys Tee Shirts cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no restocking charges for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is not refunded if you choose not to use our free return label.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

What if the product is damaged?
