Our warehouse is located in North Carolina. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (EST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST usually ship out the same business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or on major holidays.
Year End Employee Break Notice - Hot Chillys goes on break for a few days at the beginning of the year. Our 2026 break dates are not set. Orders will not be shipped during that time.
