Warranty Replacement Request


  • We require a valid email address.
  • Hot Chillys warranties products up to one year from the purchase date. Please click here for details. 
  • Upload a copy of the receipt if purchased in store. For online purchases we'll follow up and ask for the order confirmation to be forwarded to us.
  • Send us a picture of the defect.
  • Product ID Image
    • For base layers we'll need a picture of the white inner tag that shows the style and cut number. On tops it's sewn into the side seam near the bottom of the garment. On a bottom, it's sewn into the back waistband.
    • For socks, flip the top cuff down and take a picture.
  • Fill out your name and the address that the replacement should be shipped to. No PO Boxes please.
  • Please hold onto the garment. We may send a label to have it shipped back to Hot Chillys.
