Upload a copy of the receipt if purchased in store. For online purchases we'll follow up and ask for the order confirmation to be forwarded to us.
Send us a picture the garment that shows the defect.

For base layers we'll need a picture of the white inner tag that shows the style and cut number. On tops it's sewn into the side seam near the bottom of the garment. On a bottom, it's sewn into the back waistband.
For socks flip down the upper cuff and take a picture of the text on the inside.
Fill out your name and the address that the replacement should be shipped to. No PO Boxes please.
Please hold onto the garment. We may send a label to have it shipped back to Hot Chillys.
